Went to the store the day I left the hospital (dd 2 days old) with #1 because we needed something desperately.
Went to a family Christmas party when ds was 24 hrs old.

TBH with two older kids I'm sure this one will be out and about immediately after as well.

I took my baby out for walks right away and to target to get necessities at about 2 weeks. I wore him whenever we were out of the house so no one could get close

I went to friendly's with my MIL about 5 days of having my first.

Answer

Not everywhere, but we went to visit family probably around the second week. And then all out and about for christmas, he was 3 weeks.
