app icon numbers
what generates the numbers that appear next to the app icon? and is there a way to turn it off? I can't figure out why I open the app, scroll through the groups I'm in (which don't tell me how many new are in any given group) and I still end up with numbers next to the app icon. it's driving me bonkers.
