What does this disturbing dream mean

Idk what this could mean, but I've been having v disturbing dreams lately. For example yesterday I had a dream I was out of the city with 3 of my friends, 2 of my brothers and my mom. My mom asked if I wanted to drive with her but I said no, but IRL I would of went with her🤔 in my dream I went back inside but I remember something was wrong so I ran outside and I heard a huge crash, i yelled and told my brother call the ambulance, I started running as fast as I could down the only road but it was icey and snowy (even tho is summer IRL) so I couldn't get to her no matter how fast I was running I wasn't moving. Then in that same dream I remember my "friend" zoe was in one room (which was dark) and in the other room which was light blue and yellow my bestfriend was on the bed with torie (somewhat friend) and I was trying to talk to them, I tried telling Stephanie (bff) what happened and I needed help but she just didn't hear me she was just on an ipad w my other friend talking to her. I just don't know what it means. Then tonight I had just a weird dream, I was in a Bathroom I've never seen before and I was trying to wash my face, then I looked in the mirror and I saw my eyes were bleeding in great amounts, I felt scared but I didn't look like it, I just tried wiping it off then looked at the blood on my hand and it was gushy and almost beady like, and even my whiteness and my pupil in my eye were just druping down with the blood, what could all this mean??
