Any tips for a new mom? I'm expecting a boy September 14th and wanted to see what every would recommend and was also curious to know what baby products you couldn't go without?

hospital nasal syringe...take it home get an extra if they have one they're willing to give you
fed is best...
blue Johnson and Johnson bath wash for when they're sick or have a cold...
night light that moves, we have a star projector one our daughter LOVED...
take videos...
take pictures...
avoid social media and just enjoy your time with baby...
Don't worry what other moms are doing, you'll know what's best...
drink lots of water, you'll feel bette)r and breast feeding will be easier if you want to do that...
prep a few freezer meals for those days where everyone is too tired to cook (lasagna, meatloaf, baked ziti)...
enjoy being a new mom, it only happens once

Out of all the things I did in preparation for my little guys arrival, I would definitely encourage you to have a breastfeeding/changing station basket close by where you will be feeding in the middle of the night. In mine I have extra diapers, wipes, an extra outfit for baby, diaper cream, Lanolin, breast pads, burp cloth, pen and paper, and some snacks. At 2am this basket is the best! You have everything you need right next to you and those snacks are a must if your going To be breastfeeding! I am so hungry in the middle of the night!

Always remember you are learning how to be a mom and he is learning how to be a baby. It can be so stressful and you can get caught up in so many fears but just try to take a breath and live in the moment and cherish every moment because they grow up so fast and all those little worries you had seem so unimportant looking back.
