Pregnant with fibroids 😢

So Every time I post pictures on fb or ppl see me they ask am I pregnant 😣 I'm like no I'm just fat not knowing that I am pregnant with these damn fibroids. I look like I'm 3 or 4 months😭😭😭😭Recently I been having trouble using the bathroom so I went to the doctor who then sent me to the hospital to have a CT scan done of my stomach and come to find out I have 4 fibroids of different sizes with the largest being 9cm. I'm afraid to have surgery because I don't want them to have to take my uterus if something went wrong. Has anyone had fibroids and had surgery or any other procedures done to get rid of them? Have anyone gotten pregnant and had success pregnancy with them?
