Ovulating after Mirena

I've had 2 Mirena's over 8 yrs. I had my last one yanked 6 days ago. I also was spotting for 8 days prior. I have no idea where to begin with charting my cycles or when to anticipate ovulation. Someone please help me!!! I'm 41 and I'm almost out of time :(
