2ww and going crazy

Ok so my face has gotten a total of 3 pimples in the last 2 days and I normally don't have any acne and pretty clear skin. Before my cycle I very rarely get a pimple just above my lip nowhere else. I haven't changed anything in my diet, skin Care routine, and I drink a ton of water, very rarely anything else. I've had sore nipples which I usually don't get. I usually get achy boobs and sometimes tingly but not sore nipples like this. On a scale of 1-10 (low to high) It's been about a 6 resting and a 7 or 8 when they brush up against something. I think I ovulated on the 25/26 because I checked my cm on the 30th and it was back to the cm I get before a period . Well on the 1st I got this pinchy feeling in my lower right abdomen like a little lower than where the top of my underwear hits. And on the 2nd I got a lot of weird white discharge I never saw before. This is also when I noticed the first pimple and now today the 4th I got

two more pimples. I am 8 days away from my period and I think About 10dpo. Has something similar happens to you and you got a bfp later? I got the pinching about 2 inches to the left and down a little bit from the arrow In The picture
