Do not say it if you don't mean it. I regret that for so long I tossed it around... I do love the guy I'm with now, but it took me longer to really love him than it did for me to say it.

I felt I loved my boyfriend with in the first month we dated I did however wait until he said it first which was around 3 months into the relationship but he did say he felt he loved me from the moment we meet he was scared I didn't feel the same way. 
If you love someone just say it! Theres no wrong time to say I love you
