Name advice

We chose Italian names for both our boy and girl names. We don't yet know the gender we aren't going to until the due date. I want some honest opinions. We chose Arianna Rose for a girl and Lorenzo Michael for a boy (Renzo for short). I love Renzo or even Enzo but I feel like those are better nicknames than birth names so we went with Lorenzo. There's just a part of me that isn't 100% on the "Lore-" sound in the name. And it doesn't hold much meaning at all. Any opinions and/or suggestions? Thank you!
