Bbt rise without a +opk
Has anyone else have a temp rise without getting a +opk? My temp went up .4 degrees which is my normal increase when I ovulate but I haven't gotten a +opk yet. I checked my opks twice yesterday so I don't think I missed my LH surge. Can your bbt rise without ovulating? Any insight is very much appreciated!!!!
