Bright red, painful spots??
Recently I've been getting a lot of really painful, bright red spots and they don't seem to have a head on them so they're not the kind I can squeeze. I stopped using this new face scrub that I was reacting badly to around two weeks ago, and ever since they've been popping up all over my face :/ what could be the cause of them? Is there anything I can do to get rid of them?
