Please HELP!! PLEASE !!!!

So my friend had unprotected sex with her boyfriend last night and apparently he did cum a little inside.. her problem is that before she got pregnant with her last daughter, she had an accident that led her to develop blood cloths and was really dangerous, her doctor told her she could have more children with no problems, but when she got pregnant she went to another doctor that told her it was really dangerous, long story short, she had to get shots every single day to prevent cloths from forming....

Now, she is worried because she doesn't know if is safe for her to take plan b.

If any of you guys is a doctor or had a similar experience, will you guys let us know?
