I hate to admit it but....
I've been struggling to lose weight FOREVER and nothing has worked. Finally my doctor said: "No rice, bread, potatoes, pasta or sugar. At all." Since those things make life worth living, (I'm only partly kidding.) I was hoping he was wrong. NOPE! I've lost 3 pounds in one week. I'm filling up on veggies and protein. SO, I hate to admit it, but it works. I just made a stew with ground turkey, stewed tomatoes, corn and lima beans. I'm making rice too for my fianc`e but all I get is stew. It hurts my heart, but the scale doesn't lie.
