no naps anymore ?

My little man turned 6 months on July 25th and he doesn't nap and also will not go to bed untill 9/10 and he's up at 7:30/8 he's a very wired little dude ! We play all day long we are outside a lot and have done everything I can think of to tucker him out during the day ! I'm just curious if anyone else has such an energetic little one ? Sometimes he will pass out in the car but as soon as that car shuts off he's wide awake ready to go ! Should I be concerned he doesn't sleep a lot ?

Oh man! Our guy still naps every 2 hours (up to 4 thirty min naps a day) + bedtime @ 6pm and sleeps for 12 hours. Total of about 14 hours of sleep per day.

Don't listen to that person that said it's not normal. It's very normal. My boy also will literally fight you to not sleep. And if he SOMEHOW manages to fall asleep it's for 10 minutes tops.

My son is also not a fan of naps. He does nap some, but it's typically like 1 hour total all day. Sometimes he goes to daycare for 10 hours and the daily report says he slept 15 min all day 😱 the doctor told us at his 6 month appointment that some babies just need less sleep...lucky us

My little girl is the same way...she's wicked bright, but she won't go down for very long in the day (sometimes less than an hour if at all) and then is up until midnight sometimes. She sleeps until about 7:30 or 8 and then is super wired and cranky. I'm right there with you

NO NAPS! Omg I would die. My son only took 3 one hour naps today and I was like 'wtf is happening' lol I would ask his doctor. Only because when he's sleeping is when his brain is relaxing and developing, so I would double check that it won't cause any issues with his mental development. I thought we had a good two years of naps before they start to fight it. This makes me super nervous the naps will stop soon! My
Kid is a wild animal when he's awake, he's constantly on the go. So ahhh.
