TTC WITH PCOS

Anyone else have PCOS and have been TTC for quite a few years??? I have a 7 1/2 year old dd, and we've been TTC for about 7 years...was recently diagnosed last year with PCOS and am having a really hard time with it...anyone have any natural tips on TTC? We went to fertility for about a year, took some time off because it was a lot on me. I'm looking for anything/any help! Thank you all!!!
