What is this??

11 weeks pregnant. Had an appointment and ultrasound yesterday and the baby was fine. Had sex this morning and went to the bathroom to wash up and this came out. Can anyone give me any reassurance?

UPDATE:

Talked to my OB and she wasn't concerned. She told me to call if had period like bleeding. I have fibroids that have been causing me paid and she thinks the bleeding is related to that. I pray she's right and that my little baby is ok.
