TTC with PCOS

Hi, so I am kind of new to this. I am currently trying to conceive for the 2nd time. I have a beautiful 3 year old. My husband and I started trying for the second one since May 2016. After 8 months i finally told my doctor I was worried because we were not getting pregnant. I then got sent for an ultrasound which resulted in me having PCOS (polysistic Ovarian Syndrome) I was put on birth control right off the bat since my periods are so irregular and to try to conceive without fertility medication. I was on birth control 6 months and this is my 1st month back to trying to conceive. i don't know what to expect and I know everyone is different, plus i have had a successful pregnancy before. This time around though i am worried. What should I expect? Has anyone experienced this before? What were your results?
