Please help me how to balance healthy diet when ttc and losing weight at same time
Hi I have am 5ft 4' and weigh 163lbs and my bmi is 28. We started ttc a year ago and I put on 30lbs after that and now I am little overweight also my periods were 28 days regular which changed to 30-36 days irregular. I have been trying to lose weight and ttc as well but cannot understand how to balance a vegeterian healthy diet for conception with weight loss. Please give me some suggestions if anyone has been through this. I tested and dont have thyroid.
