He gave me a mild concussion

My fiancé and I fight hard ... we were yelling and he wouldn't let me leave so I went st him to get him to stop being so Cruel then he goes "you think thatsa good idea??! " he said this over and over all the while he picked me up by my neck and slammed into the hard wood floor I blacked out for like a second and saw stars... i don't want to believe this is my fault and I should leave shouldn't I ?
