Sushi ??

Question

I have a question about sushi... Does all sushi have sea food in it, I'm highly allergic to sea food even a little bite of fish can cause my whole body to go into shock. I hate it because when I was little I was able to eat shrimp and crawfish. I guess has I got older my body became more allergic. I always wanted to try sushi and I'm kinda bummed that I might never get too.

Hahahaha! Sorry not laughing at your allergies.  I just can't believe reading about what is passing for "sushi" in some places!  I guess I'm a slight sushi snob. 
Anyway, if you are that allergic to seafood, I would not chance going to a sushi restaurant.  Even though they may sell some non-seafood style sushi 🍣, the person preparing it has likely touched the seafood, not to mention any cross contamination (which is high risk). Heck, even the nori wrapping is technically seafood (it is dried seaweed). 
That said, you can make your own at home. Google is your friend in this case for instructions and ideas. Just about anything can be put in or on (as evidenced by fruit sushi - I've never heard of that though cuz fruit & seasoned rice don't sound good to me). I know some Korean style sushi has marinated meat and pickled veggies, sooo delicious! If you have a place to buy the ingredients & special equipment, it's actually kind of easy & fun to do.  In HI,
almost any grocery store would have most of the ingredients so I can't really tell you where to shop.

They even have sushi rolls with fruits. So yum. Try checking your local grocery store if they have a sushi bar. They can make it for you on hand.

You can get like avocado rolls where it's like sushi rolls but no fish with avocado and some other veggie sticks in it instead. It's super good! I would not order from a sushi restaurant though, it will easily be contaminated with fish :( you could always make your own though! Look recipes up on Pinterest!

In Mexico we have some sushi made it with thin pieces of steak,  we cut them like the size of a carrot stick... if that makes sense.

you can make sushi with anything (veggies, beef, chicken, fish). but ordering it at a sushi restaurant probably isn't a great idea because you can't guarantee things haven't been contaminated with seafood.

Not all sushi is made with seafood, they have some rolls that are made with chicken, tofu, or just veggies.

I don't eat fish so I usually order "vegetarian rolls"  tbut    your  rolls might come into contact with seafood or the same knife used to cut fish so its probably better to make your own. I loooove sweet potato tempura rolls
