Bleeding during sex

Ok so I need help I really don't know what it is or what happen but I used some soap down there that caused me to itch and become tinder down there I stopped and everything is back to normal but yesterday while having sex which was very rough sex I started dripping blood And a lot of it I immediately got off of him and ran to the bathroom to figure out where was it coming from and it was coming from in me I shower and cleaned up and placed a tampon in after two hours I check it and there only a drop or two of blood , my period is not due yet and I'm std free I'm really confused into what this could of been please help
