Miscarriage at 12 weeks

Went in for an ultrasound yesterday to see baby and hear the heartbeat and was told the baby died 3 weeks ago as there was no blood flow going to the baby. I was worried because earlier that day I was getting mild cramping and light brown-pink discharge.

Beyond Devastated right now and can't believe this is really happening. Waiting for baby to pass at the moment. Trying to find the positive in this situation but I just can't believe this is really happening. It all just feels like a nightmare. Praying that I can start this journey again soon all goes well next time.
