Adjusting BBT times ============
I went on a trip and adjusted the times accordingly with the time zone. I also don't take it at the exact same time every day, so I adjusted that too (I have an 8 month old and I naturally have to wake in the middle of the night... and I don't find it reasonable to set my alarm when I'm trying to get as much sleep as possible with a baby). It ended up changing my ovulation day after my adjustments. Does that make sense?
