Miscarriage care packages for those going through it

While I've recently been blessed with my rainbow baby, I suffered the loss of two children first. I just wanted to pass on a couple things that got me through the deep depression that came after. First, there are companies that send free care packages to angel momma's with tissues, soft socks, makeup, snacks, a Redbox giftcard, ect. Little things to help encourage self care and make you feel human again, they even send you a card on the following anniversary reminding you that you aren't alone. There are different places depending on the country you are in, simply search "free miscarriage care packages", they also let you send them to others if a friend has had a loss. Secondly, My Forever Child makes rememberence charms and jewelery, you can even get your child's names engraved. Keep the faith, don't let anyone make you feel like you aren't entitled to every bit of pain you feel, and I'm praying/sending good vibes to all you angel momma's. Attached is the necklace my parents got me for mother's day, baby footprints on one side, my babies names (Carter and Cadence, I know it's a dark photo) on the other, and my husbands birthstone attached. It's oddly therapeutic to have this, like having their name on this necklace reminds me they aren't forgotten.
