Smoking a cigarette got me sick, early pregnancy symptom?

I've taken several tests after my implantation bleeding (if it really was that), and now I had a morning cigarette and instantly my stomach dropped and had to use the bathroom. I did not vomit but it gave me the runs and the taste of the cigarette was different. Did anyone experience this as a smoker and realize they were pregnant?

I was a half pack a day smoker before getting pregnant & the same thing happened to me. Now cigarette smoke makes me sick to my stomach. You’ll be able to cut cold turkey if it’s making you feel that way now.

Yes, I couldn't stand smoke the first trimester. I didn't smoke cigarettes but I smoked marijuana and when I tried to smoke it one time for morning sickness relief I instantly threw up. I obviously don't smoke anymore now lol

I don't smoke but my bf does. Usually the smell doesn't bother me at all. A few days before I was supposed to start my period I sat outside with him & he was smoking. The breeze pulled his smoke towards me & I had to run to the bathroom because it made me feel so sick. Found out almost two weeks later that I'm pregnant.
