How was bringing your first baby home ?? How was the experience? The first month or so

He slept both days in the hospital and then the second he got home he stopped sleeping. The first month was extremely difficult to say the least. He was very colicky, he cried 24/7 and would freak out if he was on his back. We even took him to the ER once bc we thought something was wrong. He calmed down the older he got and the more he could move on his own.
