Is this an insult?

My mil was talking about my baby and how she has trouble sitting up and she says, "she has trouble sitting up because top heavy like you" like I have bigger boobs but how does that have anything to do with my daughter? She doesn't have boobs lmao. It sounded like to me she was calling me fat. And then a few days later she's telling my about my SIL having a breakdown because she's pregnant and doesn't fit into any of her clothes, and she goes "you know how that is" um pretty sure I don't, with my first I barely even showed until the very end and never had an issue having clothes that fit. She always seems to make little remarks like that but I have no idea why..
