Geritol and side effects?

I started taking geritol complete since july 19th. Maybe a week after taking the meds i started having cramps, and constipation.... now almost a month after taking the pill im having nausea , diarrhea & stomach cramps still... we have been having unprotected sex. I have PCOS. Has anyone had similar problems while being on the meds? I also took a pregnancy test yesterday and it was negative if i ovulated correctly i ovulated august 7th. I had unprotected sex before i ovulated and after also. My last period was july 22-26th. Expected next period is aug 21-25.
