I've been crying for 3 hours

Basically I'm a terrible daughter, wife and mother because the house is messy when I have a terrible cold, my baby has been clingy because she's teething (3 cutting at once, poor thing) and got shots monday and I've been trying and failing to manage the house and crying baby who won't let me set her down when there's no one else here to take her. Edit: She's near 20 lbs and I have a bad back so holding and wearing her for extended periods is exhausting and painful. This isn't me being hard on myself. This is what my mom said to me...
