No ovulation????

Not sure if this is the right group or not if not sorry for posting. I've been tracking my ovulation cycle for almost a year trying to be a surrogate for my sister. I started tracking my ovulation after my last period like normal. I had sex the day after my period ended 7/29. And I typically peak around cycle day 17 but there has been nothing. I had a fluke on Sunday 8/6 where it said it was my peak but tested the next morning and nothing again. What does it mean? Could it just be my peak is late this cycle??? Could I already be pregnant even though I didn't have sex during my typical fertile window??? Any comments are welcome. Thank you!
