electric reaction to wipes

I'm pretty sure my baby is having an allergic reaction to wipes my son is fine but my little girl is having really bad red red butt and it almost looks like it's puffing up a little bit. I'm pretty sure it's the wipes that are doing it because I had Pampers and I moved from Panthers to Parent's Choice cucumber scent I was looking at different Parent's Choice and they have sensitive skin with soothing aloe I was wondering if anyone has tried them and like them
