std or just strep? (TMI PIC)

Question

So here's the deal,
In the last 3 days I've had unprotected sex and given 2 blow jobs without condoms. 
All of a sudden I'm out here, my throat is swollen (the tonsils) and there's white on them! (Photo is TMI and attached) Should I be worried that it's an STD or just strep??? 
I'm real worried cause I'm only 17 and I really don't wanna have to deal w/ having had an STD already.....

we can't tell by pictures. you need to to to a doctor and get it checked if you think you have something

I feel like I saw this earlier. But you can’t eyeball stuff like that. Get tested. And call me dumb even as a med student (I don’t have all the answers) but what STD occurs in the throat?
