Never been kissed...

I'm 21 and I've never had a boyfriend and I feel like I'm going to die alone with about 5 dogs (which wouldn't be bad) but I can't help but let it get me down sometimes as all my friends had first kisses at like 15 and I've still not /:

Is this okay? Or does this mean I'm the ugliest saddo ever ? I suffer from anxiety so I don't really go out much and I rejected my crush 3 times in secondary school because I thought he was joking and was scared of being embarrassed/:
