Need help asap

I've just started a new job and I was meant to be on nights this week, turned up on Thursday only to find out I was meant to be on days. I suffer from social anxiety so days makes me nervous and clumsy because of how many people there are! I rang my manager and explained that I was meant to be on nights tomorrow and Sunday night and she said that I pretty much had to do it and she would change it next week because it was their mistake not mine. I wouldnt mind but I stayed awake all Wednesday night so I could sleep all day Thursday for my night shift Thursday night, I then stayed awake last night because I'd already slept all day and now I'm wide awake and my anxiety has hit the roof. There's no manager on now as she's left at 5pm. Can someone please give me some advice
