My hcg level....

My hcg level is 81 14 dpo my nurse said and I quote it doesn't seem like an ectopic....so my question is does anyone know what would be ectopic bc I had an an ectopic last time and I don't remember the level...also they did a sono this am and said they didn't see anything but might have seen something suspicious then said she didn't see anything but gave me a paper on methotrexate to get rid of an ectopic
