My dad took a loan out, he passed away but we can't find out with who?
My dad passed away last year. We didn't know he had a loan before he passed. We then found out he had my name on the account that was paying it off. It has $3k in it. And I could really use that right now. But I have to find out who the loan is through. They said the loan is paid for. Because their no longer withdrawing funds from it. How could I find out who the loan is through. The doesn't even know.
