4dpo symptoms!!??

Okay, I'm only 4dpo, so I think since I got a positive opk on the 7th. I'm having HORRIBLE heartburn that does not go away!! Is this normal? Am I just imagining things? Could this be a good sign??

I'm not saying it's a BFP sign for me, but it's not way too early. I've had friends and have also ready other people having symptoms at just 1dpo. I'm just wondering if anyone else had experienced this.
