Help me please! Advice and opinions

So, I believe I had a chemical pregnancy, miscarriage, on July 16th. I found out Tuesday, August 8th that I'm pregnant again. It was a good strong line on a FR test. Is this even possible? Glow and another app said I was ovulating the 26th of July to the 1st of august. I'm attaching a pic of my test in this post because I just need some advice and what you guys think cause I don't want to get my hopes up and then let down. I have an appointment with OB on the 22nd of August.... if I make it that far. Oh! And on August 1st I tested just to test and it came out negative
