Bruises under panties

Ok That was the best I could come up for a subject but let me explain further.

I've gotten ingrown hairs under my panties (not near my vag just the upper area where most of your hair growth is) before, mainly if I shave completely but sometimes the just happen, so I'm never really bothered by them. A week or so ago I got one and as if started to surface I noticed a bruise, I didn't think much of it because hubby and I had a "rough night" 😉😉 and I figured it was part of it.

So it's still been there, I can get a little blood or a puss like substance out but for the most part I'm just letting it do its thing like normal.

Here's the part that's bothering me, I have another "ingrown hair" or whatever it is and as I was trying to pop it although nothing came out (puss/blood) it sounded like something popped under the skin and squished, now I have a little bruise.

So I feel like I'm popping blood vessels but I'm curious if anyone else has dealt with this and if it's something I should be concerned over.

Side note: it's only sore if I touch it or try to mess with it.
