Cramping without Bleeding after MC

I have recently had my second MC, but this time I've continued to have cramping (ranging from so severe that it wakes me up to light) without any bleeding. I thought I was starting my period several weeks early or continuing the MC, but I've never started bleeding again. Has anyone else experienced this??
