No BFPs, 9 days late

Me and my husband have been ttc for 3 months now 😕 no luck. Until this month, I am 9 days late, which I never am. I got so many tests already, they are all negative! I'm on my breaking point now! Why is it showing negative? Why can't I start my period so I can try again this month! Also, I have no symptoms, only really cramping on my lower ab. I don't want to talk about it with family or friends I thought I'd share it here. Im scared to go to the Dr. because I don't want to get my hopes up 😢
