Uti infection?

Starting last week I started having a crazy amount of discharge that was discolored,it was constant, so I let that go on for 3-4 days and I finally call my dr because at that point my lower back was hurting and I was having to use the bathroom more often so she gives me medicine and I've been on it for 3 days now and it doesn't seem to be helping, yesterday I felt like I had just pushed out a baby and today I feel likw I pushed out a baby and got stitches I keep getting sharp pains. I'm going to call my dr on Monday but do you think this is just a bad uti or something different?
