HELP! ringworm catastrophe!!

So my 3 month old baby got ringworm and my sister who watches her has 5 kids, and I do not expect her to watch her and risk her kids getting it too! but, I need advice on how to get rid of it, or make it so it's not contagious because we have a wedding to go to next weekend and I either need it gone so she can go to my sisters, or gone enough so I can take her to the wedding without infecting everyone there!

We just started putting some fungal cream on it with her nurses approval and a small little dot bandaid so she doesn't touch it and spread it or get the cream on her hands. Is there anything else I can do?!?

Thank you! And for those curious, she got it from her dad who is very prone to getting it. Like seriously, he gets it like every other month.
