i need help asap !!

so basically when i stayed round my boyfriends house for 2 nights ... we had a lot of sex and when he was eating me out my clit got stuck between a small gap he has in his front teeth and ever since then i have been having sharp pains every time i touch it and also today i was wearing trousers and the seam was on it and it hurt ... anyone got any tips on how to stop the pain ?
