I work out regularly, mostly running and some body weight training. I am working towards doing more weight training soon. My biggest issue is m relationship with food. I love sweets and bread a lot. I mostly eat pretty healthy but then I go and ruin in it with snacks and such.

How did you manage to stop self destructing your diet?

What helps you not break down and snack?

Any other tips to improve my diet.

I am 5'2" and 130 pounds and i really just want to lose ten pounds but I just can't seem to drop the weight.
