Pre-seed

Waiting for my pre seed it's meant to be arriving today! Going to use this all the way throughout my fertile window!

My fertile window starts tomorrow or Wednesday but I've already started trying for this month.

I start 2 days early and then carry on for 2/3 days after my fertile window has ended also and lay there for 15/20 minutes and get cleaned up and go to sleep!

What do you do? Did anything help you?

-I also take seven seas 'trying for a baby' and a him and her vitamin for pregnacare!
