Child support

For whatever reason my daughter's daddy does this thing were he randomly goes off the radar and then comes back in a week or two but this time he didn't make his contribution before doing so I'm a SAHM and rely on these contributions, l just want him to do things on time and if not for him to say something if I took him to court could I get the normal amount he pays me (which is more then normal child support for what he makes) because he signed a piece of paper saying he would pay this much every month?
