Help! Unsure of what to do next

So me and my bf have been TTC for about 2 months, I was pregnant last October but the pregnancy ended in m/c. I posted this in "Faint Lines/No BFP" and some women said yes they see a faint line. I retested a few hours later and the line was a little more there, but still faint. I'm 4 days late, and about 18 DPO. I feel just really weird and different but I can't tell if it's because I'm hopeful or what not. Last time i was pregnant I didn't know until about 7 weeks and I went to the OB after my period was 10 days late. Just need extra set of eyes
