I just administered my hcg injection, the first could times it didn't hurt but this time it's really sore and I feel a hard bump under the injection site. Is this normal?

The nurse gave me mine last Thursday, didn't feel the shot but the next morning I rolled over to get out of bed and almost cried it was so sore. Of course it didn't help that I kept hitting it on everything and my dog is just tall enough to hit it when he would jump up. It was better Sunday afternoon

I got a lump and a bruise one time from my hcg shot. Other times I didn't. It was fine, just a little uncomfortable, but went away. And I ovulated. So that's the important part :)

I don't know that it's normal but I'm sure you'll be fine. The first time I did one it swelled up and turned red. Probably not good but it went down after a couple days.  Also DH did one the other day (he takes it for low count) that was refrigerated and there was a lump when he did it but it went away after a couple of hours.
