8 month old

hey ladies my sister in law has a 8 month old. and shes selling her crib which turns into a toddler bed day bed twin bed and full bed. so i asked her why ? and she goes oh because he dont like to be confined so we're getting him a toddler bed i go why don't u get the toddler piece for ur crib its 40$. (we have same crib) nd she goes i dont wanna deal with crib stage mo more i go oh I see i was just trying to help. i know $$is tight. she goes i appreciate it. so she sends me a Snapchat of the babys new bed.. a toddler bed lmaoo.. what's your opinion on it? he can crawl sit up etc im just nervous hes gonna fall. plz no bashing im just wondering if any of you ladies have done this
